Mr. Rodríguez has over fifteen years of experience in financial services, including private equity, investment banking and investment consulting. He has advised private equity, energy, real estate and distribution companies in the United States, Brazil, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. 

Prior to joining FCP, he worked at Advent-Morro Equity Partners sourcing and executing private equity transactions and at UBS where he was involved in bank recapitalizations, debt underwriting and hotel development finance. Previously, he worked at Smith Barney, giving investment advice to institutional clients with an aggregate portfolio value of $2.5 billion.
 
Mr. Rodríguez is a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA). He serves on the Board of Directors of INSPIRA Group and is a member of V. Suárez Group's Investment Committee.
